By directing our attention to the present without judgment, we cultivate a deeper understanding of our thoughts, emotions, and sensations.This heightened awareness enables us to recognize and accept our inner experiences without resistance, fostering a more authentic and honest relationship with ourselves. Through mindfulness, we unlock the door to self-discovery. 
 

Once you are familiar with this technique, you can use it anywhere anytime.
